    Never start any training initiative without a solid why. We have created LTI as a foundational team learning experience to push against the gravitational pull of average team communication, chemistry, alignment, capacity, execution, and systems.

    A single half-day workshop doesn’t produce game-changing leaders. Learning must happen in a continuous flow of training, application, practice, and evaluation.


    Throughout the LTI foundational experience, you will move around the gradual release cycle of (unconsciously incompetent to consciously incompetent, to consciously competent to the destination of unconsciously competent or what we call mastery). 


    We call this the LTI Multiplication Process.
